The position
The holiday home Cielo Blue with private pool is located in the southeast of Sardinia and near the well-known holiday resort of Villasimius in a panoramic position with views of the sea.The detached villa is approximately 6.3 km from the center of Villasimius and a good 4 km from the sea, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
In Villasimius there are numerous supermarkets, craft shops, shops, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, but also banks, post office, gas stations, medical services, etc.
To get to the house, we recommend a car that is not too low, as the road is unpaved.
The Villa
The holiday home has a well-kept garden, a beautiful private pool (approx. 200 sqm), a solarium with sun loungers and a barbecue area.The covered veranda at the house is equipped with garden furniture, an ideal place for outdoor lunches/dinners and sunset aperitifs.
The accommodation with a lot of privacy is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor there is a large living area with dining area and sofa corner, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room.
The first floor is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area and has 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and one with 2 single beds that can be put together) and 2 more bathrooms with shower.
Three of the bedrooms open onto a terrace overlooking the pool.
