The house Laura with garden is located in Costa Rei (Monte Nai) in the south-east of Sardinia, only 200 meters from the beach. The accommodation is comfortable and offers 3 bedrooms for a maximum of 6 people. It is the ideal solution for those who want to spend their vacation in peace.
The position
The house Laura is located in the municipality of Monte Nai in Costa Rei, a well-known holiday destination in Sardinia.Ideal for families with children, it is only 200 meters and within walking distance from the nearest long sandy beach.
The beach is never very crowded, well organized with a kiosk that offers breakfast, drinks and ice cream, aperitifs and snacks.
Services such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants are around 700 m away.
Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia with its international airport, can be reached in just over 1 hour by car.
The holiday home
The holiday house Laura has a well-tended garden with a total area of 250 square meters on the front and back and offers not only beautiful planting, but also lawns and some hedges for more privacy.The front part of the garden is completely fenced, while in the rear area two cars can be parked in the shade in a large space.
The partially covered veranda, furnished with table and chairs, leads to the living room with dining area and sofa corner.
The house has a living area of about 100 sqm, the rooms are well distributed and well ventilated.
The kitchen is separate from the living area and well equipped.
The sleeping area comprises 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, 1 service bathroom with washbasin, bidet and toilet and 3 bedrooms (one with twin beds, one with a king size bed and one with double bed and direct access to the veranda).
