The Letizia holiday home with sea views is located in the largely unspoilt Ogliastra region of south-east Sardinia and is part of a small residential complex with a communal swimming pool. The beach of Foxi Manna is about 1,500 metres away.
The location
Casa Letizia is a terraced house with sea view in the south-east of Sardinia in the municipality of Abba Urci (Ogliastra) and is part of a small residence with communal swimming pool, open from 15/05 to 30/09.The house is about 600 metres from the sea and the sandy beach of Foxi Manna is about 1,500 metres away.
There is a small supermarket about 3 km away, easily accessible by car, and other services are available in Tertenia (11 km).
Ogliastra, with its long sandy beaches, is a relatively unknown tourist area in Sardinia, full of charm and unspoilt nature.
The house
Situated on a hill, the semi-detached house offers beautiful views of the sea from the covered veranda.Modernly furnished, Letizia is on 2 floors and is surrounded by a private garden with lawn.
The covered veranda overlooks the sea and is furnished with a table and chairs and a seating area.
From the veranda there is access to the modern kitchen, which leads upstairs to the living area with a dining area and comfortable sofas for relaxing.
An internal staircase leads to the lower floor (garden level) with 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) and 2 modern bathrooms (one with toilet and one with shower).
