The position
The comfortable and tastefully furnished Holiday Home Mare 2 Costa Rei is located in Monte Nai which makes part of the known sea-resort Costa Rei in the south-east of Sardinia.The accommodation is located with two other villas on a totally fenced property with shared access (one of the detached villas, Mare 1 Costa Rei with 4 bedrooms, is also available for renting)
The property is just a short walk from the beach, which is about 100 m away.
Costa Rei is a known sea resort in Sardinia, reachable from Cagliari in an 1 hour drive (60 km) and famous for its long and kid-friendly sandy beaches.
We recommend the region also in off-season, especially if you like cycling or tours on motorbike.
Outdoor area
The property on which the holiday home is located is completely fenced, while the garden area belonging to the single villa is not completely fenced: hedges provide here the necessary privacy.The holiday accommodation has a lawned garden area and a 20 sqm covered and equipped veranda with table and chairs and BBQ.
In addition there are a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
From the garden there are some steps to reach the covered veranda of the house.

Schöner Urlaub mit gutem Erholungsfaktor
"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse haben wir jeden Tag genutzt. Insbesondere zum Frühstück war es schön draußen zu sitzen. Die Badezimmer sind ausreichend ausgestattet. Insgesamt war die Wohnung aber nicht so ganz sauber. Da wäre noch Potenzial nach oben. Der Strand ist tatsächlich nur 50 Meter entfernt. Der Garten ist schön eingerichtet. Zu bedenken ist, dass man zu Fuß gut unterwegs sein sollte. Wir waren ohne Auto und die Wege zu den Restaurants und Geschäften betragen mindestens 15 Minuten, was bei den Temperaturen manchmal eine Herausforderung war. Für uns war das ok. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen und der Strand hat uns beeindruckt. Insgesamt war es sehr schön."
