The holiday home Sandy Sunrise is part of a small holiday complex with a communal swimming pool and is located in the Ogliastra region in south-east Sardinia. The house is furnished in a modern style with warm colours and is situated about 600 m from the sea and 1,200 m from Foxi Manna beach. Nearby there is a bar-restaurant, a tennis court and a volleyball court. Supermarkets, bars, pizzerias and restaurants are all within a few minutes drive. Ogliastra, with its long sandy beaches, is a region of Sardinia that has not yet been developed for tourism, with lots of charm and unspoilt nature. To discover the beauty of the region, it is advisable to hire a car.The House
Sandy Sunrise is a two-storey terraced house.It has two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room, two bathrooms each with a shower, a kitchen with everything you need and a private garden. You can enjoy beautiful views of the coast of Marina di Tertenia from the house.
The house is part of a small group of 20 holiday homes, and there is a swimming pool for all guests to use, which is only about 50 metres away. It is open for guests from 15 May to 30 September. Please respect the rules for using the pool. The house is surrounded by a garden. There is a parking area and an outdoor barbecue. The pool and solarium are shared with the other holiday homes and are open from 15 May to 30 September.

Comfortable accommodation with a great sea view
"We really liked the decor of the house, with its fantastic view and pool. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Communication with the on-site staff was excellent. The restaurant recommendations and links to the beaches were great. We have two suggestions: the garbage disposal was a bit difficult, and the cutlery and glassware in the house were limited for us. Overall, it was a great vacation for us, and we felt very comfortable at the complex!"
