The holiday home Sandy Sunrise is part of a small holiday complex with a communal swimming pool and is located in the Ogliastra region in south-east Sardinia.The house is furnished in a modern style with warm colours and is situated about 600 m from the sea and 1,200 m from Foxi Manna beach.
Nearby there is a bar-restaurant, a tennis court and a volleyball court.
Supermarkets, bars, pizzerias and restaurants are all within a few minutes drive.
Ogliastra, with its long sandy beaches, is a region of Sardinia that has not yet been developed for tourism, with lots of charm and unspoilt nature. To discover the beauty of the region, it is advisable to hire a car.
The House
Sandy Sunrise is a two-storey terraced house.It has two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room, two bathrooms each with a shower, a kitchen with everything you need and a private garden. You can enjoy beautiful views of the coast of Marina di Tertenia from the house.
The house is part of a small group of 20 holiday homes, and there is a swimming pool for all guests to use, which is only about 50 metres away.
It is open for guests from 15 May to 30 September.

Comfortable accommodation with a great sea view
"We really liked the decor of the house, with its fantastic view and pool. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Communication with the on-site staff was excellent. The restaurant recommendations and links to the beaches were great. We have two suggestions: the garbage disposal was a bit difficult, and the cutlery and glassware in the house were limited for us. Overall, it was a great vacation for us, and we felt very comfortable at the complex!"
