Location

The Holiday Home Sunrise Colours is located in the municipality of Abba Urci (Ogliastra) in the southeast of Sardinia. It is part of a small residential complex with a communal pool. The house is modernly furnished and individually decorated. It is situated about 600 meters from the sea and 1,200 meters from Foxi Manna Beach. Within walking distance, there is a bar-restaurant, a tennis and volleyball court. Supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, and restaurants are just a few minutes' drive away. Ogliastra is a charming and unspoiled area in Sardinia, with long sandy beaches that are relatively undiscovered by tourists. To fully explore the region's beauty, we recommend renting a car.

Holiday Home

Sunrise Colours is a townhouse spread over two floors. The house features two bedrooms with a double beds, a living room, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, a laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious veranda with sea views. From here, you can enjoy the beautiful view of Marina di Tertenia's coastline. The communal pool is available to guests from May 15th to September 30th. Please adhere to the rules for pool use. The house is surrounded by a garden. There is also parking and an outdoor barbecue. The swimming pool with a sunbathing area, located just 50 meters from the house, is shared with other accommodations and open from 15.05. to 30.09.
