The semi-detached holiday house Alene 2 makes part of a well-kept condo with shared pool, situated in San Pantaleo in the north east of Sardinia, near the famous Costa Smeralda and about 6 km from the next sandy beach.It is possible to rent the two adiacent houses Alene and Alene Duplex.
San Pantaleo offers many services, including supermarkets and shops, bars and restaurants and, especially in summer, the famous market, with the possibility of buying many local products.
The marina of Portisco is 6 km away.
The accommodation
The self-catering accommodation is tastefully furnished with modern furniture.The semi-detached holiday home comprises a living room with sofa and dining area, a modern kitchen with direct access to the equipped terrace on the rear side, two bedrooms, one with matrimonial bed and one with twin bed, and one bathroom with shower.
The shared swimming pool area is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.
