Suitable for families with one or two children or couples, the two Alene accommodations with shared pool are located in the north-east of Sardinia in San Pantaleo and near the most beautiful beaches and bays and the famous Costa Smeralda.
The position
The three elegantly furnished holiday houses Alene with shared pool are located in San Pantaleo in the north-east of Sardinia, close to the famous Costa Smeralda and just over 6 km from the nearest sandy beach.In the village itself there are some shopping facilities, and of course, bars and restaurants and much more.
In the summer months there is also a nice weekly market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables and many other local products such as olive oil and cheese and Sardinian handicraft.
The two holiday houses
The semi-detached houses are close to the center of San Pantaleo and share with the adjacent house Alene 2 for 3 people a pool which is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.Accommodation Alene for 4 persons + 1 infant
This self-catering home has a beautiful veranda with views on the mountains of San Pantaleo: Modern and tastefully furnished with seating area and wooden dining table with chairs, you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner here or just relax.The French doors give direct access to the well-equipped kitchen and to the bright living room.
The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa and dining area, and colorful cushions and Sardinian decorations create snugness.
In the sleeping area there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with twin beds and a second bathroom with shower.
On request, a cot (up to 2 years) can be set up as the 5th bed.
Accommodation Alene Duplex for 3 persons + 1 infant
This Alene home is on two levels and comprises a bright living room and a modern dining area, both with direct access to the pool.The kitchen is well equipped and has direct access to the covered veranda with table and chairs and barbecue.
The sleeping area on this level comprises two bedrooms, one with matrimonial bed and one with single bed, and one bathroom with shower.
In the basement there is a comfortable TV area, a 2nd bathroom with shower and a laundry room.

This self-catering home has a beautiful veranda, modern and tastefully furnished with dining table with chairs.The French doors give direct access to the living room with a cozy sofa and kitchenette.
