The position
The sea-view and semi-detached house Caterina is located nearby the sea resort of Villasimius on the south coast of Sardinia, about 50 mt in bee line from the nearest sandy beach.The sandy beach of Cala Caterina is 50 m in beeline and reachable also on foot following down a flight of stairs.
In the surrounding area we recommend to visit the beautiful sandy beaches of Simius and Campulongu.
Villasimius, about 5 km away from the accommodation, offers all basic services for daily shopping.
The capital of Sardinia, Cagliari, is about 66 km in the west and surely worth a visit.
The holiday home
The semi-detached holiday house Caterina is built on a slope and overlooking the sandy cove of Cala Caterina nearby Villasimius.From the veranda one can enjoy the sea-view over the bay which is about 50 mt in beeline and a flight of stairs lead down to the cliffs and the sandy beach.
The house has a living area of approximately 80m2 on two levels.
The ground level comprises a living area with lounge in front of an open fireside and a modern kitchenette and a dining area with table and seats.
The living room is partly covered with a mezzanine with a single bed.
The living room with its sliding doors gives direct access to the covered and equipped sea-view veranda.
From the living room an internal stair leads to the sleeping area with one matrimonial bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a 2nd bedroom with three single beds and a 2nd bathroom with shower.
