The position
The Esme holiday home with amazing ocean views is located in the south-east of Sardinia, on the central hill of Monte Nai in the popular resort of Costa Rei, in a quiet setting with lots of privacy. The house is part of an elegant residential complex made up of similar modern houses with access reserved for residents only.The beach and the sea are about 2.5 km away as the crow flies. In a few minutes by car you can reach the center of Costa Rei with its supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream parlors, newspaper kiosk and gas station.
The holiday home
From the car park (with reserved parking space) you can access the property via a private staircase. The small garden, designed with attention to detail, offers an outdoor shower and a barbecue area in addition to the sea views. There is an inviting, covered veranda with table and chairs, which of course also offers sea views.Esme is a semi-detached house on two levels connected by an internal staircase.
On the ground floor is the living room with dining area, lounge and TV and a separate modern kitchenette, a bedroom with queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The upper floor has two bedrooms (one with queen-size bed and one with twin beds) and a shared bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has direct access to a private veranda overlooking the sea and furnished with two sun loungers.

Il suo commento: Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana , la casa è molto bella, attrezzata e per noi in una bella posizione che domina tutta la costa. Richiede la macchina per visitare la costa e le spiaggie ma noi cercavamo proprio una situazione analoga. Consigliata.
