The Location
The Kallisto holiday home with its private seawater pool is located in the south of Sardinia in Torre delle Stelle, a coastal town between Cagliari and Villasimius.The Cann'e Sisa beach is just 250 meters away and easily accessible on foot.
Torre delle Stelle is characterized by its abundance of nature, crystal-clear water, and fine sandy beaches.
Built in the 1960s, the location is surrounded by fragrant Mediterranean scrub and sits on a promontory that bears its name.
There are two beaches: Cann'e Sisa and Genn'e Mari, both with white sand and a transparent, crystal-clear sea.
The Holiday Home
The holiday home has a living space of around 230 square meters on several levels, separated by shorter or longer staircases, and offers bright rooms furnished with attention to detail.On the ground floor, there is an area with a dining table and chairs and two, each connected by a few steps, with inviting sofas.
The modern kitchen is well-equipped and located close to the dining room.
On the first floor, there are four elegantly furnished bedrooms, which are equipped with air conditioning/heating for maximum comfort in all seasons, and three bathrooms with shower.
Outside, there is a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants and lawns and the private saltwater pool, surrounded by a solarium.
There are also various covered verandas furnished with tables and chairs or small seating areas, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, an outdoor shower, and another bathroom with outside access.
