The modern 6-bedroom villa La Pavoncella with pool is located in the south-east of Sardinia in Castiadas, not far from the seaside resort of Costa Rei.The villa, surrounded by nature and just a few kilometres from the beautiful beach of Cala Sinzias and Marina San Pietro, is the ideal place for a holiday with friends or for 2-3 families, as it sleeps 12.
The nearest sandy beach, Marina di San Pietro, is just over 3.6 km away.
The villa
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a well-tended garden with old olive trees and cork oaks, creating an oasis of tranquillity.The veranda overlooking the sea is equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers.
The recently built villa, with an area of approximately 150 square metres, is spread over three levels and represents a perfect combination of modernity and functionality.
The rooms, which are spread over the mezzanine floor and the basement, offer plenty of space and are furnished with traditional Sardinian furniture that has been reinterpreted in a modern style.
The mezzanine floor has a separate entrance leading to a bright living room furnished with a sofa, a flat screen TV, a small fireplace and a fully equipped modern kitchenette.
The sleeping area offers 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with pull-out bed, overlooking the well-tended private garden.
In the basement there are 2 further double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with pull-out bed, which, although they have no direct light, overlook light wells enriched by sculptures that tell of the Sardinian sea.
There is also an extra living room with kitchenette.
