Mare Ogliastra is a modern house with tasteful furnishings in the southeast of Sardinia in the Tertenia region and not far from the sea. With 2 bedrooms it is perfect for families.

The location

Casa Mare Ogliastra is situated on the south-east coast in the area of Tratalias (Loc. Abba Urci), about 500 m from the sea and about 2,000 m from the sandy beach of Foxi Manna.

There is a small supermarket about 3 km away, easily accessible by car, and other services are available in Tertenia (11 km).

The Ogliastra is a relatively unknown tourist area in Sardinia, full of charm and unspoilt nature.

The holiday home

Thanks to its position on a hill, it offers a beautiful view of the sea from the garden and the covered veranda.

Mare Ogliastra, a new house with modern furnishings, is surrounded by a private garden partly planted with olives and other Mediterranean plants.

The house is on 2 levels with the owners living on the ground floor: the two levels have separate entrances for greater privacy.

The covered veranda overlooks the sea and is furnished with a table and chairs and a sitting area.

From the veranda you enter the house, which has a bright living room with dining area, sofa and kitchenette, all decorated in a fresh style, mainly in white, blue and beige.

There are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed) and 1 bathroom with shower.

Outside there is a small laundry room with washing machine and a second bathroom with toilet and shower.
