The position
Casa Mirto is located by the sea on the west coast of Sardinia, surrounded by the wild nature of the Costa Verde, in the village of Gutturu de Flumini.You can reach the beach in less than 5 minutes from the property. Nearby you will find a bar, restaurant, pizzeria and a mini market and tobacconist's shop only 3 km away. Weather permitting, thanks to its western exposure, Gutturu de Flumini is the ideal place for surfers.
Gutturu de Flumini is a small village on the Costa Verde belonging to the marina of Arbus, and offers the possibility to regenerate away from the hectic everyday life.
By car, it is possible to explore all the beautiful beaches belonging to the 47 km of the Costa Verde.
The holiday home
Home Mirto is comfortable and well equipped, suitable for couples and families.It is a semi-independent house with a small, unfenced garden and a panoramic veranda with a sea view, where you can eat, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
In the garden there is an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
Casa Mirto consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, one of which has separate beds, and a completely renovated bathroom with shower.
The windows of the bedrooms are fitted with fly screens.
The house does not have air conditioning but is equipped with fans.

Highly recommended, very quiet location
"Everything so far okay, the beds very good. Furniture probably put together from various estates. It would be more pleasant with, for example, a clear set of 6 plates, glasses, etc. than a hodgepodge of crockery, pans and cutlery.
