The location
The comfortable and air-conditioned holiday home Rey Plaia is located in the well-known holiday resort of Costa Rei in the south-east of Sardinia, just 150 m from the beach.There is a supermarket and services nearby, which can also be reached on foot, as well as the square where the weekly market is held during the season.
The holiday home
The holiday home Rey Plaia is an end terrace house with a fully fenced garden surrounding the house.Privacy is guaranteed by the offset position to the other houses, the hedges and the perimeter wall; it is independent and has direct access to the road leading to the sea.
The house has large covered verandas at the front and rear side.
One of the verandas is equipped with a seating area, table and chairs and a barbecue.
From this veranda you enter the living room, where there is an open-plan kitchenette, a dining area and a sofa.
From both sides of the living room there is access to the bedrooms: on the left there are two double bedrooms (one of which can be converted into a twin bedroom) sharing a bathroom with shower, while on the right there is a third double bedroom adjoining the second bathroom with shower and washing machine.
This is a single-storey villa, so there are no internal or external stairs, with the exception of small differences in height between the garden and the verandas.
