Muscari is a comfortable detached villa on the east coast not far from Tertenia (Ogliastra) and a few minutes' drive from the beach of Foxi Manna.
The location
Home Muscari with its beautiful swimming pool is located on the east coast in Ogliastra, a still little-known holiday destination in Sardinia.The detached house is about 2 km from the beach of Foxi Manna, which can be reached by car in a few minutes.
Tertenia with many amenities is about 9 km away.
The House
Outside there is a private swimming pool, a private fenced parking area and a barbecue area with dining table.Some stairs lead to the covered veranda with a sitting area and a view over the countryside of Marina di Tertenia.
The house has an area of about 130 square metres.
The covered veranda leads to the living room with dining and relaxation area and the kitchen with many amenities.
The sleeping area has two double bedrooms, a triple bedroom (bunk bed type) and two bathrooms with shower.
