Pearl by the Sea is located on the south coast of Sardinia, just 80 metres from the sea and the nearest sandy beach. Modern and newly renovated, it can be rented all year round!
The location
Pearl by the Sea, a newly renovated holiday home in a modern style, is located just a few steps from the sea in Villasimius on the south coast of Sardinia.A private beach of coarse sand and the famous sandy beach of Santo Stefano are nearby.
The tourist port of Villasimius, which can be reached on foot, offers the possibility of renting boats and dinghies for excursions.
The centre of Villasimius is about 5.5 km away and can be easily reached by car.
The holiday home
The holiday home with a living space of approx. 100 square metres, which extends over several living levels, offers a fresh, modern interior with clean lines.The different levels are grouped around a small inner courtyard and connected to each other by stairs and steps
Access to the house is via the car park.
Entrance
You enter the house from the rear side, where there is a covered veranda with a seating area.
An external staircase leads to the entrance of the house with a small terrace overlooking the sea.
Upper level 1
From the small terrace, a few steps to the right lead to the first sleeping area with 2 bedrooms: the first with a double bed overlooking the internal patio and en-suite bathroom and the second, which opens onto the rear veranda of the house, with two single beds plus a third pull-out bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower.
Inner courtyard - lower level 0
From the upper level, another staircase leads down to the lower part of the house and into the courtyard, which has a cosy seating area.
From the courtyard, a few steps to the right lead to the 3rd bedroom with double bed and view of the courtyard and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Always from the courtyard, a few steps to the left lead to the open-plan living area with relaxation zone, dining area and kitchen equipped with modern appliances.
Veranda with sea view
From the living room you can access the covered veranda with table and chairs, seating area and sun loungers to enjoy the fantastic sea view.
A lush green lawn stretches down to the rocks.

Very beautiful house in a charming setting
"Very beautiful house with a modern interior. Well-equipped kitchen. Excellent, quiet location for beach and nature lovers. It makes you want to be by the sea. However, there is a little room for improvement in the service and amenities. All in all, we can easily imagine returning to Pearl by the Sea."
