Villa Abete is the ideal place for those who loves silence and independence but near all the services that a country can offer.
The position
The cosy cottage Abete is located a few minutes' drive from Orosei and from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Gulf of Orosei.
The sea is in beeline about 600 m away.
Orosei is a charming town with supermarkets, ATM, shops, bars and supermarkets.
The accommodation
The detached house, which is the result of a careful renovation of an old farmhouse, has a living area of about 65 square meters and is situated on a large garden with lawn, olive trees and other Mediterranean plants.
The property is fenced and you enter the house through the garden gate.
Outside there is a large veranda, which is partially covered and is equipped with comfortable garden chairs, stone benches and a dining table with chairs.
The house is lovely and cozy furnished, very colourful and with Sardinian decorations.
In the living room there is a corner with wicker furniture in front of the fireplace and a small table with chairs.
The kitchenette is furnished with a table and chairs.
Next to the bathroom with shower there is a small bedroom with twin beds.
The double bed is situated on an open ceiling, accessed through a staircase that leads to the upper level from behind the fireplace.
