The position
The holiday house Bellavista with nice sea view over the Gulf of Costa Rei is located in the south east of Sardinia, about 1,000 meters from the beach.The beach resort is reachable easily from Cagliari airport by car.
Costa Rei is a small village well-known for its white sandy beaches and clear water of the turquoise sea.
The locality offers a small but a well-furnished number of restaurants and bars, supermarkets, and good quality tourism services.
The accommodation
The house Bellavista is located on a hill and offers a stunning sea view.From the road a few steps lead up to the house.
First you enter the small fenced garden (dogs allowed) with lawn and outdoor shower.
From here you enter the spacious covered veranda with dining table and chairs and barbecue, where you can enjoy the marvellous sea view.
The holiday home is simply furnished and divided over two floors, a small living room with sofa and kitchenette, one bedroom with double bed and sea view, one small bedroom with bunk beds and one bathroom with shower.
From the living room a wooden staircase with balustrade leads to the upper floor, here is a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two people.
