The position
The comfortably furnished holiday house Belvedere Notteri is located in the south-east of Sardinia, near the famous holiday resort and close to the marina.The sea is 100 m (airline) distant and the next bay called Spiaggia del Riso (close to the yacht harbour) is 400m away, the famous long beach of Notteri with its Laggon pond is at 900m distance.
The center of Villasimius offers many shops, supermarkets, bars, ice-cream parlours and restaurants and can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The holiday house
The detached and two-storeyed holiday house with a living area of 180 sqm is surrounded by a garden with lawns and protective hedges for more privacy.
The house has two covered outdoor sitting areas, one on the ground floor with table and chairs and one on the first floor, the last one additionally equipped with sun beds and offers a wide sea view over the Notteri pond (lagoon).
The comfortably furnished holiday house offers on the ground floor a living space over several levels with sofas and a dining area with table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer.
On the ground floor are available two bedrooms with double bed and one bathroom with shower.
The 1st floor comprises a total of three bedrooms, two with matrimonial bed and one with single bed, and two bathrooms with shower.
The bedrooms have window doors and therefore direct access to the garden or (on the 1st floor) to the covered veranda with sea view.
