The comfortably furnished house with a living area of approx. 70 sqm is situated inside a fenced private estate and comprises a living room and kitchenette, one bedroom with full-size bed, a second bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.The shadily, roofed terrace with garden furniture offers sea view.
A barbecue is at lodgers disposal and the car can be parked nearby the house on the estate.

Schönes Landhaus
"Schönes Landhaus herrlich gelegen inmitten von Obst- und Gemüsegärten Das Haus liegt ca. 2km von der Ortsmitte von Orosei inmitten einer großen landwirtschaftlichen Ebene. Auf dem Grundstück betreibt der freundliche Eigentümer auch Obst- und Gemüseanbau. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Vor dem Haus gibt es eine schöne überdachte Terrasse, einen schönen gemauerten Grill und daneben gleich ein Waschbecken. Auf der Rückseite des Außengrills befindet sich eine Gartendusche - herrlich, dort nach einem Strandtag zu duschen! Die Küche im Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, ausgestattet mit je einem Kleiderschrank. Das Bad ist mit Waschtisch, Dusche, Toilette und Bidet ausgestattet. Wir fanden alles sehr sauber und gepflegt vor. In einem kleinen Seitenanbau steht die Waschmaschine, befindet sich eine weitere Dusche und Toilette. Wir können das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Die Stände in der Bucht von Orosei sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Weitere Strände liegen kurzer Reichweite. In Orosei gibt es mehrere kleine und große Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bäckerladen, Gelaterias, Ristorante, Pizzerias. Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Vielen Dank an Sardina Natour und die Vermieter. "

Excellent séjour en Sardaigne
"Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans cette très belle maison. Le confort est au niveau de nos attentes, la propreté est irréprochable, les extérieurs sont très agréables et très spacieux. Nous remercions particulièrement le propriétaire pour son accueil , son amabilité et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour, ainsi que pour ses petits gestes d'attentions (fruits du verger, vin de sa production...). Nous recommandons cette maison pour y passer d'excellentes vacances dans une jolie région sarde."

Individuelles Haus
"Individuelles Haus mitten in den Feldern von Orosei Das Haus eignet sich gut für 4+ Personen. die Lage ist ruhig, der Nachthimmel so dunkel, dass man die Milchstrasse von Horizont zu Horizont sieht. In 5 minuten per Auto ist man in der Stadt oder am Strand."

Adorable maison
"Adorable maison a la campagne Maison agréable, spacieuse et bien entretenue avec un grand jardin. Theresa et Antonino nous accueillent et bien que ne parlant qu'italien, sont serviables et disponibles. La region d'Orosei est magnifique et les plages ne sont pas surpeuplées. Seuls bemols: les moustiques ( il ne faut pas lésiner sur la citronnelle), les chiens qui aboient la nuit et les coqs qui chantent aux aurores. Mais cela fait des souvenirs ...."

Bel environnement
"La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description qui en est faite, très bien équipée et dans un très bel environnement de vergers. Proche d'une très grande plage avec pinède, c'est un endroit idéal pour une découverte de la côte ouest."
