The position
The Dimora Corte sul Mare with its 2 accommodations (the flat Ginestra in the main building and about 30 m away the cottage Elicrisio) is located on the east coast of Sardinia and near the beautiful sandy beaches of the Gulf of Orosei.
The Dimora Corte sul Mare is situated in a quiet area on a well-kept estate with shady olive, fruit and almond trees.
Orosei offers main shopping facilities and is about 3 km away from the house.
The nearest beach, called Santa Maria, is at 2.000 m, easily reachable by car in a few minutes.
The accommodations
Every accommodation has its private entrance.
3-bedroom flat Ginestra in the main building
The 4-room-flat Ginestra has its entrance on the rear side with a sitting area.
The accommodation on two levels has a living area of about 90 sqm.
On the ground floor are the living room with modern kitchenette and dining area and one guest WC.
An internal staircase gives access to the 1st floor with a total of 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with bunk bed and 1 with single bed and the possibility to add a 2nd bed on request) and 2 bathrooms with shower.
The small balcony offers a nice panoramic view.
House Elicrisio
The detached 2-bedroom house Elicrisio has an equipped veranda which is not visible form the main building.
The recently constructed ground floor accommodation with a living area of 70 sqm offers a living room with modern kitchenette and dining area, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower.
All windows are equipped with mosquito protection screens.

Traumhafte Lage
"Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einer sehr schönen, gut ausgestatteten, Unterkunft. Die Lage ist traumhaft; ruhig, zwischen Olivenbäumen gelegen, trotzdem ist man schnell im Ortszentrum von Orosei. Wir haben uns herzlich empfangen gefühlt. Besonders toll war, dass wir bei unserer Ankunft spontan früher als vereinbart ins Haus konnten. Wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank !"

Peaceful location
"Very nice, new holiday home in a quiet, peaceful location. Clean and very comfortable. In the immediate neighborhood one more house and .. fields and fruit orchard. In the day concert of cicadas, evening crickets:) Picturesque town of Orosei within 5 minutes drive. Unfortunately the distance to the sea is rather 3 km and the nearest beach is not too special. You need to set off by car to interesting beaches and places within a half hour drive. Really worth! Capo Comino and Orosei Bay are the pearls of Sardinia. At minus there is no wifi and such little things as sugar, salt and coffee. Please note that (as in most places in Sardinia) bed linen and towels are extra."
