Casa Elena with garden is located in the south-east of Sardinia, in the known sea resort Costa Rei and only 50 meters from the beach. The holiday home is located in the central part of Costa Rei in the residential complex "Sa Murta bassa". It is in the first row by the sea, and the beach can be reached in a few steps from the garden.In Costa Rei, the shops are within walking distance, so you can plan a holiday without a car.
The accommodation
The well-tended garden belonging to the house Elena has lawns and features Mediterranean plants. The garden can be reached on foot directly from the street Via delle Rose.This beach road is mainly used by the residents, the private car park with access via Via Cristoforo Colombo can be reached by a short walk (about 120 m).
The veranda of about 20 square meters is partially covered and furnished with table and chairs.

The semi-detached house with a living area of 90 sqm is furnished tastefully and offers a lot of comfort.
