The Position
The semi-detached house Estrella Blu is located in southern Sardinia in Torre delle Stelle, a sea resort on the beautiful panoramic road from Cagliari to Villasimius.There are two beautiful sandy beaches, Cann'e Sisa and Genn'e Mari, which also offer bar and beach services in summer.
In Torre delle Stelle there is a small supermarket, restaurants and pizzerias, as well as tennis, five-a-side football and basketball courts.
Other basic services are available in the direction of Cagliari or Villasimius.
The house
The semi-detached house is located directly below the panoramic road connecting Cagliari with Villasimius.The accommodation is on the ground floor and has a well-kept garden with lawn, sea views, a beautiful private rectangular swimming pool and a large covered veranda with dining area and sitting area.
Estrella Blu has recently been renovated inside and partly outside.
The ground floor features a living room with kitchenette, dining area and relaxation area, 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms with shower, one of them is ensuite.
The living room is air-conditioned while the three bedrooms have fans.
