The position
The holiday house Gloria is located in the south-east of Sardinia, near Villasimius and about 300 mt from the nearest beach Spiaggia del Riso.The long sandy beach of Porto Giunco is about 800 mt distant.
Villasimius, famous summer resort in southern Sardinia, is known for its many beaches and coves, and is very popular in high season from May until October.
The center of Villasimius, with its shopping facilities, restaurants and bars is approximately 4 km away and is only a few minutes drive form the house.
The holiday house
The holiday house Gloria is at ground level and semi-detached, based in the village of Notteri and near the marina of Villasimius.From the carport, a small path with a few steps leads up the house, which is surrounded by a well-kept and large terraced garden with lawns, olive and citrus trees and Mediterranean shrubs.
To the left of the house there is a paved area that is set up in the summer months with umbrella, table and chairs.
From here you enter the large kitchen and next to the dining room with table, chairs and fireplace, that has access to the sea-oriented veranda equipped with tables and chairs.
From the living room, a hallway leads to the three bedrooms (one with double bed, one with twin beds and a smaller one with bunk beds) and two bathrooms with shower.
