The position
The holiday home Is Pruinis is located in the southwest of Sardinia on the peninsula of Sant'Antioco, about 500 m from the sea and surrounded by a large wild garden.Only 6 km away you will have all basic services like supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, ATM and pharmacy.
Sant'Antioco is known for it nice sandy beaches and steer cliffs, and a perfect holiday destination in all periods, for beach vacation or activity holidays.
The sandy beach of Maladroxia can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.
The house
The detached house is situated hillside and offers a beautiful view on an olive grove and the sea.Outside there is a covered porch with dining table and chairs with additional seating.
The guests have an outdoor grill and an outdoor shower.
Is Pruinis is two-storeyed and has a living area of about 100 sqm.
