The seaside accommodation Mangiabarche with private garden and 5 bedrooms situated in the south-west of Sardinia on the peninsula Sant'Antioco is perfect for families and a group of friends who want to spend the holidays together not far away from the sea.
The position
The holiday home Mangiabarche is located in the southwest on the peninsula of Sant Antioco, which is connected by a drivable embankment with the mother island of Sardinia.In Sant Antioco and in Calasetta, there is a wide range of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants throughout the year.
The journey from Cagliari airport takes around 90 minutes.
The nearest sandy beach is about 550 meters away.
The accommodation
The house Mangiabarche with a living area of 120 sqm is on a large plot with lawn and some shady trees.In about 10 meters from the main house is located a dependance of about 50 sqm.
Inside the main house Mangiabarche there is a large living room with sofa and dining area, a modern kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, a total of 4 bedrooms (two with double bed, one with twin beds and one with bunk beds ) and 2 bathrooms with shower.
One of the double bedrooms has air conditioning.
The annex has an air-conditioned living room with kitchenette and dining area, 1 air-conditioned double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
Outdoors
The furnished and covered verandas invite to stay alfresco. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Parking is also available.Facilities
