This detached and seafront holiday home Onda di Mare in south Sardinia is the right place for relaxing holiday directly by the sea and for visiting the amazing beaches of the known sea resorts Villasimius and Costa Rei.
The position
This charming and white painted holiday home is located in the south of Sardinia in the small coastal community of Baccu Mandara, between Cagliari and Villasimius.You reach the holiday home via the panoramic coastal road.
Directly below the house there is a small beach with pebbles.
The nearest sandy beaches are just over 50 meters away and within easy walking distance.
The nearest shops are in Capitana (supermarkets and fruits and vegetables) and Villasimius.
The well-known resort of Villasimius also offers numerous restaurants and bars and other shops.
Outdoor area
The large porch is furnished with table, chairs and deckchairs, and also offers a barbecue.
From the veranda you can reach the garden with various Mediterranean bushes and trees via a few steps.
In the small grove there are seats (also with hammock) to relax.
There is also an outdoor shower.
An external staircase leads to the partly covered roof terrace with table and chairs: from here you have a beautiful view over the trees to the sea.
The holiday house
The detached house has three entrances, one on the frontb side, one on the sea-oriented covered porch and one directly into the kitchen.Inside, the one level accommodations offers a large living room with sofa, dining area and fireplace, which can also be used.
The living room has a ceiling fan.
From the living room you enter the small kitchen with door to the porch.
The sleeping area has three bedrooms (two with double bed and one with two single beds) and two small modern bathrooms with shower.
In a small laundry next to the bathrooms is the washing machine. Mosquito nets are only available in the bedrooms.

Security Deposit
For renting the holiday house a security deposit of 300,00 euro is required. This must be paid via bank transfer to SardiniaNatour no later than one week before arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, subject to inspection of the property.
Tourist Tax
The municipality charges a tourist tax of € 1.50 per person and night from 12 y.o., applicable for the period from 01/03 to 31/10.

Checkout from 8 am to 10 am
Possible additional charges on the spot
Late arrivals from 20:00 to midnight: 50 Euro

- 30% of the rental price until 30 days prior arrival date
- 50% of the rental price from 29 to 20 days prior arrival date
- 75% of the rental price from 19 to 10 days prior arrival date
- 90% of the rental price from 9 to 4 days prior arrival date
- 100% of the rental price from 3 days prior arrival date to no-show
