The position

Peonia Rosa is a detached holiday home in the south-west of Sardinia and located on the penisula Sant'Antioco which is aesily reachable with car from Sardinia.

The main locations are Sant'Antioco on the east coast of the penisula and Calasetta in the north.

Sant Antioco is about 16 km away and you can find all the necessary services and shopping facilities such as markets, restaurants, bars, ATM, pharmacy etc.

From Calasetta there are daily ferries to the island San Pietro (Carloforte)m, surely worth a visit.

The island is known for its beautiful sandy beaches and steer cliffs and its fascinating landscapes.

In addition you can visit there also some sights from the prehistoric from the Nuragic culture.

Sant'Antioco is a perfect destination for beach holidays off the beaten tracks, but also for activity holidays in spring and autumn, with cycling, hiking and horse riding.

The two-storeyed accommodation is surrounded by a private gardenof approx. 500 sqm with barbecue area, outddor shower and a spacious and covered veranda with table and chairs and some garden furnitures.

The vacation home comprises on the ground floor a spacious living room with open fireside, dining and relax area, a well-equipped kitchen with dining tabel and chairs, 3 bedrooms (one with matrimonial bed, one with twin beds and one with single bed) and one bathroom with shower.

The bedroom with matrimonial bed is under the roof and with 25 sqm very spacious.

Peonia Rosa is a typical and completely renovated summerhouse with spacious garden and roofed patio on the peninsula of Sant’ Antioco on the south-western tip of Sardinia, not far away from the beach.
