The position
The semi-detached holiday house Rei Sole 2 with 2 bedrooms and large garden is located in the popular holiday destination of Costa Rei in the south-east of Sardinia and only 400 meters from the beach.The Costa Rei is known for its beautiful long sandy beaches with shallow water, which are very suitable for small children and long relaxing walks.
In one of the many kiosks on the beach you can rent umbrellas and deck chairs, buy a snack and refreshing cool drinks and ice cream.
The center of Costa Rei is about 850 m away and offers, among other things, supermarkets, a gas station, newsagents, bars, restaurants and an ATM.
We recommend Costa Rei not only for a beach holiday in summer, but also in the off-season for an active holiday, for example for cyclists and surfers.
The holiday home
Rei Sole 2 is a semi-detached house in the Rei Sole residential complex, which is only 350 meters from the beach and around 850 meters from the shops.The large lawned garden (approx. 200 square meters) extends to the covered veranda furnished with a dining table and chairs.
There is also a barbecue and an outdoor shower with hot.
The house has its rooms on the ground floor and a living area of 100 sqm.
There is a living room with open fireplace, dining area, sofa bed and kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with shower and a second bathroom with ´ shower, but without a window.
The house is fully air-conditioned and has a reserved parking lot about 50 m from the house.
