The position
The semi-detached holiday cottage Sa Pedra is located on the southwestern tip of Sardinia, on the peninsula of Sant Antioco.The accommodation is situated in a small residential area located between the Le Saline beach and Calasetta.
The peninsula Sant Antioco is linked by a dam with the mother island Sardinia and easily reachable in less than 2 hours by car from Cagliari airport (no ferry boat neccesary).
The town of Calasetta with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, banks and the winery Cantina di Calasetta is about 6 km away from the villa. Ferry boats connect regulary Calasetta with the neighbor island of San Pietro.
The nearest beach ist about 300mt away and easily reachable by car or bike.
The Accommodation
The cottage has a well-tended and lawned garden.Outside a covered veranda with barbecue invites to prepare lunch or dinner meanwhile the children are playing in the garden.
The accommodation has a living area of approx. 55 sqm on two levels.
The covered front veranda gives access to ground floor which comprises the air-conditioned living room with modern kitchenette, dining area and sofa and 1st bathroom with shower.
A internal staircase leads to the basement with 2 bedrooms, one with queen-size bed and 1 with bunk beds, and a 2nd bathroom with shower.
