The Sunrise Green terraced house, part of a small residence with apartments and houses of different sizes, is located in the still relatively unknown Ogliastra in the southeast of Sardinia. The sea is about 600 m away, the nearest beach about 1,500 m away
The position
Sunrise Blu with shared pool is part of a small residence located in the town of Abba Urci (Ogliastra) in the south-east of Sardinia.
The apartments in the residence, all individually furnished, are about 600 metres from the sea and about 1,000 metres from Foxi Manna beach.
There is a bar-restaurant and tennis/volleyball court within walking distance, and supermarkets, bars, pizzerias and restaurants are only a few minutes away by car.
The swimming pool with solarium, which is shared with the other accommodations, is open from 15 May to 15 September.
The Ogliastra, with its long sandy beaches, is a relatively unknown tourist area in Sardinia, full of charm and unspoilt nature.
We recommend a car to discover as best this still unknown part of Sardinia.
The house
Sunrise Green is a terraced house on two floors:
On the upper floor there is a kitchenette and dining area with a sofa and TV, a sea view terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs, a bedroom with sea view and a bathroom with shower where the washing machine is located.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa and direct access to a small terrace with a bistro table and chairs and a bedroom with a double bed.
There is also a parking space and an outdoor barbecue.
The swimming pool with solarium, which is shared with the other lodgings, is open from the 15th of May until the 30th of September.
