The position

The two adjoining and semi-detached cottages Altena I and II are located in the south-east of Sardinia at Villasimius.

Villasimius offers many amazing long sandy beaches and coves and a lot of possibilities for outdoor sports like hiking, cycling, sailing, diving, surfing, horse riding and playing golf.

Villasimius is a chamring place and offers all basic services like shops and supermarkets, bars and restaurants, ATM, pharmacies and petrol station.

The cottages

The two semi-detached cottages Altena I and II share a lawned garden but are separated by a hedge to provide more privacy.

Each cottage has its own private entrance and a covered terrace equipped with table and chairs.

Each semi-deatched accommodation has a living surface of 50 m2 and comprises one living room with dining area and sofa, an adjoining modern kitchenette with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, two bedrooms (one with matrimonial bed and one with twin beds ) and one bathroom with shower.
