Casa Isobel is a bright and spacious two-storey house with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located just 1,000 metres from Tancau Beach. With its sea-view veranda and private parking, it’s the perfect choice for large families or groups of up to 10 people, offering comfort, relaxation, and the chance to explore a still little-known corner of Sardinia.

Spread over two floors and furnished in a simple, functional style, the holiday home features 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Outside, a large veranda and a garden with a barbecue provide the ideal setting for cosy evenings spent together.
The ground floor comprises a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The upper floor has three bedrooms and a second bathroom.

Where is the house located?

The house is located in the upper part of Tancau, a hamlet of Santa Maria Navarrese on the east coast, in a quiet area but close to the main services and natural beauty spots of the Baunei coast. Thanks to its location, restaurants, bars and starting points for excursions to the sea and mountains are within easy reach. Tancau has a very wide beach that stretches to the Gulf of Arbatax, with fine sand and a shallow seabed, making it suitable for families with children.

What can I do in Santa Maria Navarrese and the surrounding area?

Santa Maria Navarrese is a small town with a small marina on the east coast of Sardinia. The town, with its medieval church of Santa Maria di Navarra, is surrounded by thousand-year-old olive trees and has retained its simple and authentic charm to this day. Excursions to some of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean depart from the small harbour. The bathing bay of Cala Goloritzè with its famous rocky peak, Cala Mariolu, Cala Luna and Cala Sisine are essential stops for anyone wishing to discover the Gulf of Orosei.

The beach at Santa Maria Navarrese is ideal for those seeking service and comfort, while the longer and quieter beach at Tancau is perfect for those who enjoy walking along the seashore. The small coves of San Giovanni and Pollu, which are wilder and quieter, offer more direct contact with nature.

To get to know more than just the sea, we recommend crossing the hinterland on the road to Dorgali. On the way there, you will find the nearby Golgo plateau in the Baunei area, which offers breathtaking views. We recommend a visit to Perda Longa, a limestone cliff about 130 metres high that drops steeply to the sea and is a destination for hikers, climbers and divers.
