The position
Terrazza Mare Blu is a comfortable seaviews penthouse located in the south-west of Sardinia on the peninsula of Sant'Antioco.The apartment is centrally located in Calasetta, a small town directly on the sea in the north of the Sant'Antioco peninsula.
The sandy beach is about 60 m away as well as the center of the Calasetta, with many services, restaurants, bars.
Calasetta also offers a small marina and from here also ferries depart for the island of San Pietro and Carloforte.
The penthouse
The two-bedroom penthouse Terrazza sul mare is located on the second floor and can be reached via an external staircase.The highlight of this accommodation is certainly the large and partially covered veranda that offers a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby sandy beach.
The amazing veranda is equipped with table and chairs, a sun bed for two people and a sink.
Inside, the penthouse features: an air-conditioned living room with some sofas, dining area and kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed) and 1 bathroom with shower.
The apartment is ideal for a couple or a family with two children.
