The small residence La Tenuta with pool and amidst nature in the north-west of Sardinia and near Alghero offers comfortable flats, a restaurant and a playground for really relaxing holidays not far away from the beautiful beaches of the region.
The position
The residence La Tenuta is located in Alghero, in the agricultural area of Santa Maria La Palma, about 14 km from the town centre and 8 km from the beautiful beaches of north-western Sardinia.
The residence
At guests disposal is a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, sun loungers and large sunshades.
The residence has a private parking area, outside stone barbecue and a children's play ground.
The 5 flats with 1 or 2 bedrooms for max. 6 persons were obtained by restoring the buildings that were once used to accommodate the skilled labourers.
Guests can choose between studio apartments and holiday apartments with up to 2 bedrooms for up to 6 people.
Basic amenities include a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a kitchenette with gas hob, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, WiFi, air conditioning, satellite TV and a furnished outdoor area.
The restaurant
The cuisine of the country restaurant "Le Pinnette" within the Monte Sixeri estate is based on high quality and genuine ingredients.
Traditional Sardinian dishes blend with those from the Alghero countryside, made with passion for the authentic flavours, from the vegetable to the pork, wild boar and sheep…sharing this with their guests to fully appreciate the gastronomic delights offered by the local land.

- 10% of the rental price until 46 days prior arrival date
- 30% of the rental price from 45 to 31 days prior arrival date
- 50% of the rental price from 30 to 16 days prior arrival date
- 70% of the rental price from 15 to 9 days prior arrival date
- 100% of the rental price from 8 days prior arrival date to no-show
