The position
The Residenza sul Mare apartments are located beach side in the north of Sardinia, in La Ciaccia and near the known holiday destination Valledoria, on a hill just 300 - 450 m from the beach and 200 m from the main services.La Ciaccia offers all basic services.
More services are available at Valledoria and Castelsardo.
The holiday accommodations
The Residenza sul Mare's flats are located in a quiet residential area in the small coastal community of La Ciaccia.The apartments on the ground floor have a garden with a furnished terrace, those on the upper floor have a furnished balcony with sea views.
All accommodations are comfortable and fully furnished and have satellite TV, washing machine, air conditioning and barbecue, the large M Plus apartments feature in addition a dishwasher.

- No cancellation fees from the time of booking up to 30 days prior arrival date
- 30% of the rental price from 29 to 22 days prior arrival date
- 50% of the rental price from 21 to 8 days prior arrival date
- 100% of the rental price from 7 days prior arrival date to no-show
