The villa is in south-eastern Sardinia, in the well-known holiday resort of Costa Rei (Monte Nai), just 20 metres from the sea and in a small residential complex with similar villas. It's really close to the sea, just a hop, skip and a jump from the garden along a little private footpath. The location is quiet and very private, thanks in part to the large, fenced garden.

What's there in the outdoor area?

The detached villa has a big front garden with a lawn surrounded by hedges, so you'll have plenty of privacy. The garden's fenced in and there's direct access to the sandy beach and an outdoor shower. The garden right by the sea is definitely one of the highlights of this house. There's also a covered veranda with a dining area and barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining and unwinding after a day at the beach.

This villa in Costa Rei is a real gem. It's got 150 m² of space, and it can comfortably fit up to 9 people. It's perfect for families, groups of friends or three couples who want to experience Sardinia in an authentic way.

The living area, which has a modern kitchen with a cooking island and dining area, leads to the sleeping area, where there are three double bedrooms with direct access to the garden and a smaller bedroom with a single bed. A staircase leads up to a mezzanine floor with three futon mattresses. There are three modern bathrooms with walk-in showers.

You've got restaurants, small shops, a petrol station, a pharmacy, supermarkets, bars, beach services, water sports facilities, boat trips and long walks by the sea.
