The location
Villa Caprice, with its 4 elegant flats and beautiful swimming pool, is located in the south of Sardinia in the coastal town of Torre di Stelle, not far from the capital Cagliari and its international airport.Close to the beautiful sandy beach of Cannesisa, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday, but also for discovering all the beauty of southern Sardinia, from nature to culture.
Villasimius with its great beaches is only 20 km away and can be reached via a beautiful coastal road.
The villa
Villa Caprice is surrounded by a well-tended garden with lawns and old olive trees and has a beautiful swimming pool with sun terrace and gazebo.The estate was built with ecological materials and natural colours and furnished with furniture and furnishings made by traditional Sardinian craftsmen.
The villa is divided into four elegant flats located at each corner of the villa to ensure maximum privacy.
Each flat has two floors, can accommodate 4 people and a child up to 2 years old in a cot and has an outdoor veranda with table and chairs on the ground floor and a balcony on the first floor.
On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa, kitchenette and dining area and a complete bathroom with shower.
On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms (the first with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the pool, and the second smaller one with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower.
The SUD and EST flats overlook the pool, while the NORD and OVEST flats are located at the rear of Villa Caprice.

- 30% of the rental price until 62 days prior arrival date
- 50% of the rental price from 61 to 32 days prior arrival date
- 100% of the rental price from 31 days prior arrival date to no-show
