The villa Carla is near Villasimius in the south of Sardinia right on the sea, which can be reached through a 20 meters private path.
The villa
The holiday house Carla is right on the sea, at only 20 meters and can be reached via a private path, and is surrounded by a 1,200 m² fenced garden with plenty of Mediterranean shrubs and trees for some shaded areas.
In front of the house is a large open space with sea view and sun loungers for undisturbed sunbathing. The house has a L-shaped covered porch furnished with garden furniture ideal for outdoor stays. From here you can enjoy the sea view through the low Mediterranean vegetation.
The house is simple and functional with 70s style furniture and only the ground floor is available for the guests. The large living room is oriented towards the sea and a window door leads to the covered veranda. Inside is a sofa and a dining table with chairs and on the chest of drawers is a large flat screen.
A short hallway leads to the kitchen, which is equipped with gas hob and extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge. Behind the kitchen is one small bedroom with single bed next a small bathroom with shower and a washing machine.
Right off the living room is the multi-level sleeping area with 4 further bedrooms (three with double bed and one with twin beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower. The bedrooms are functional and equipped with bedside tables and wardrobes.
