The villa in the south-west of Sardinia is close to stunning beaches and off the beaten track, such as Scivu where even in August you find few people.
The position
The holiday villa Oasi di Scivu with sea view is located in a fascinating environment of the south-west of Sardinia - the right place for spending your next holidays amid an uncontaminated nature.
The quite unknown and authentic Southwest offers long sandy beaches and steep cliffs, vast sand dunes, abandoned mines and a wild-austere landscape.
We recommend the long sandy beaches of San Nicolao and Porto Paglia in Gonnesa and to follow the coastal road of Portxeddu to Gonnesa while driving along the road you can admire the characteristic rocks of Pan di Zucchero in the sea and to visit the offshore island of San Pietro (by ferry) and Sant Antioco (by car via a causeway).
Outdoor area
From Portixeddu the accommodation is reachable in a 20 minutes drive via a 8km gravel, sandy road.
The villa is located on a spacious estate and offers a wide panoramic sea-view from the covered veranda.
The veranda is equipped with table and chairs and a barbecue.
In addition there are a outdoor shower and parking places.

Vera natura sarda
"Siamo una famiglia di 2 adulti più due bambini di 6 anni. La casa ci è piaciuta moltissimo ed è esattamente come viene descritta. Ben tenuta e con tutti i comfort proposti nell’offerta. Una piacevole immersione nella stupenda natura locale. Dal portico si ha la possibilità di godersi un bellissimo panorama. La spiaggia sottostante è una delle più belle della zona. I percorsi per raggiungere le altre spiagge ed i paesi più vicini sono tutti fattibili con un auto comoda ( alcuni tratti sono sterrati). Consiglio a tutti questa esperienza nella vera natura sarda."

Einmalige Lage
"Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig schön! Wer die Einsamkeit und Stille liebt, kann hier die Erfüllung eines Traumes erleben: den einzigartigen Blick auf Meer und Himmel, die Dünenlandschaft, den Sternenhimmel, den Gesang der Zikaden bei Nacht, das Meeresrauschen bei Wind. Man kann zu Fuss über eine Sandstrasse und durch die Dünen den Strand in einer halben Stunde erreichen, aber auch mit dem Auto in 5 Min. (2km, 160 Höhenmeter). Dafür muss man aber mit dem Auto eine halbe Stunde einfach mindestens, je nach Route, zum Einkaufen einplanen. Wir werden das Haus auch an unsere Freunde weiterempfehlen! Wir hätten gerne einen funktionierenden Strandschirm vorgefunden, denn der Strand ist fast bis Ende September schattenlos!"

Alles stimmt
"Alles stimmt. Super Haus mit allem drum und dran. Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie (8/10) da und es war alles richtig und gut. Auto ist jedoch unabkömmlich für diese Region (zum Strand gehen geht grad noch, alles andere (einkaufen, restaurant, ...) nicht. Danke auch an K. Thomas für entgegenkommen und Omar für perfekten Empfang und übergaben des Hauses."
