Villa Tosca, with a fresh and moderndécor, is located by the sea and within walking distance of the beach on the east coast of Sardinia (Ogliastra).The beach of Foxi Murdegu is about 20 m away and easily accessible on foot.
Ogliastra is still a lesser-known holiday destination in Sardinia and offers beautiful long sandy beaches that are not crowded even in summer.
The coast is characterised by a wide variety of landscapes, from sheer cliffs to pebble beaches and coastal hiking trails.
There are two main beaches in the area with fine sand and shallow waters: Foxi Manna and Foxi Murdegu.
In the area and especially in summer, it is possible to find kiosks offering food service by the sea, restaurants, pizzerias and two supermarkets.
The main village Tertenia is 10 to 15 minutes away by car and here you can find all other services such as ATM, petrol station, post office and further restaurants and supermarkets.
The Villa
Tosca is an independent villa a few steps away from the beautiful beach of Foxi Murdegu.Surrounded by a private garden with barbecue area and private parking spaces, the house offers a sea view veranda furnished with table and chairs and a sitting area
An external staircase leads to the roof with a wonderful view of the sea and the Tower of San Giovanni
Inside there is a living room with relaxation and dining area and a modern kitchen.
The sleeping area is divided into 2 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with bunk beds and 2 modern bathrooms with shower.
