The common areas of the Mareterra complex, with its total of 17 villas and holiday homes, offer a large communal pool with parasols and sun loungers.

A private path leads directly to the nearby beach.

There is also a children's playground and a wallbox for charging electric cars

Each unit has a covered veranda with table and chairs and a private garden with an outdoor shower and barbecue.

You can choose from standard and superior holiday homes as well as larger villas with private pools.

The standard houses are three-room apartments and have an area of 60 m2.
