Surrounded by a well-kept, 40,000 square metre park with flowers and olive trees, the Hotel Airone is located near Baja Sardinia on the Golfo di Cannigione in northern Sardinia.

The nearest beach, Lu Postu, is about 700 metres away and can be reached via a footpath.

Olbia is about 27 km away, and the famous Costa Smeralda with its Caribbean-like white sandy beaches is only 8 km away.

Relax by the pool or in the beautiful park

The Hotel Airone in Baja Sardinia is laid out like a small village and is located on the lagoon overlooking the Gulf of Cannigione.
With a park covering more than four hectares, the complex is surrounded by green spaces and impressive, characteristic granite rocks.

The Hotel Airone's pool consists of two areas: a shallower area for children and a larger, deeper area that is perfect for a refreshing dip. The whirlpool offers an experience of total relaxation with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Cannigione. The pool and whirlpool are not heated.

The 70 rooms, located in smaller annexes, face the central square, the large swimming pool or the park, guaranteeing peace and relaxation. They are equipped with air conditioning/heating, minibar, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities.

The rooms are furnished with a double bed or twin beds and tastefully decorated in traditional Sardinian style with wooden furniture, wrought-iron beds and typical local fabrics.
Each room has a panoramic view of the gulf and a small balcony or terrace with garden furniture, where you can relax or enjoy a pleasant evening.

Two of the rooms are equipped for disabled guests.
Guests can choose between Classic, Comfort and Deluxe rooms.

The restaurant

A rich buffet breakfast is served.

The restaurant, with its large, bright terrace covered by panoramic windows, offers Mediterranean cuisine with a special focus on Sardinian specialities.
Gluten-free dishes, vegetarian menus and individual children's menus are also available on request.

Snacks are available throughout the day at the pool bar, which is open from May to September.

Tennis, football, beach volleyball, basketball, boccia and padel

For those who love sport and want to keep fit while on holiday, Hotel Airone offers a four-hectare park, perfect for daily jogging and equipped with 2 tennis courts, 1 football pitch, 1 beach volleyball court, 1 basketball court, 2 boccia courts and a table tennis table.
You can also borrow rackets and balls free of charge directly from the hotel.
For both beginners and advanced players, the hotel offers the opportunity to take individual or group lessons with a professional coach (special rates apply).

There are 4 padel courts about 2 km away, where you can take private lessons. This service can be booked at reception.

Play, creativity and new friendships in the fresh air: at the Hotel Airone, even the youngest guests have their special moment.
From mid-June to the end of August, the children's area welcomes the youngest guests with simple outdoor activities under the guidance of qualified staff.
