Hotel Nuraghe Arvu

The position

The 4****star Hotel Nuraghe Arvu is located on the east coast of Sardinia near the famous sea resort of Cala Gonone, about 600 m from the next beach.

Its name has ancient origins: in fact, Nuraghe Arvu was a Nuragic settlement, including 40 huts facing the sea and built at the foot of the mountains surrounding the valley of Cala Gonone.

Who wants to explore the hinterland has a very wide choice: there are the mountains of the Supramonte, the Ispinigoli Caves, the Nuragical village of Serra Orrios, the Nuragical village of Tiscali and especially for trekking fans the fantastic Gorrupu Gorge.

The hotel

The large 400 sqm swimming-pool, built for children and adults, is equipped with a lumbar and plantar hydro massage.

Its sinuous shape is decorated by Sardinian granite and secular olive tree plants which provide natural shade in the surrounding areas.

Children will enjoy the fully equipped outdoor park.

Restaurant

The restaurant has a large air-conditioned dining room and a vast panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, the pool and the mountains.

The kitchen proposes the best local specialties as well as grilled specialties cooked in the kitchen’s interior wood burning oven or on the big outdoor barbecue.

Rooms & suites

The hotel offers 50 rooms and suites.

The rooms are either on the ground floor or on the 1st floor and have separate entrances and equipped and private balconies or terraces.

The accommodations are located in 5 buildings surrounding the nice central pool area.

Standard rooms
The standard double rooms with an area of ​​18 square meters are located on the ground floor or on the first floor and have a bathroom with shower, a balcony or an equipped terrace.
Some of the rooms offer pool or sea views (for a fee).
A 4th bed is also possible in the rooms without pool and sea view.

Comfort rooms
Each room is approximately 25 m² and has an independent entrance that is accessed from the private veranda, which is adorned with colorful and fragrant flower beds.
The rooms are located on the ground floor overlooking the pool.
Available as single, double, triple rooms and with the possibility of a fourth bed.

Superior rooms
The 13 superior rooms with an area of ​​22 square meters are located on the first floor and offer a furnished balcony with sea views.
Thanks to the solarium terrace, they offer a nice view of the sea and the pool.
They have an independent entrance and are accessed through a suggestive outdoor passage rich in Mediterranean scrubs and essences.
Available as single, double and triple.

Prestige rooms
The Prestige of about 25 square meters is located on the ground floor or on the first floor.
They offer a private solarium terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the pool or of the hotel's private pine forest.
They are spacious and bright and are characterized by solid wood furniture and fine Sardinian fabrics.
Some Prestige rooms are decorated with a natural wood roof.
Available as single, double, triple rooms with the possibility of a fourth bed.

Suites
Capo Punta Nera, Capo Spartivento and Capo Montesanto Suites: Elegant suites with an exclusive sun terrace overlooking the Gulf of Orosei and the hotel pool for maximum relaxation.
They have a master bedroom with a Sardinian ceramic bathroom and a separate seating area.
Tastefully furnished, they are complemented by handcrafted terracotta floors and solid wood furniture with fine Sardinian ceramic inlays.
