The position

The Hotel Riviera, an elegant 4**** star boutique hotel, is located in the south-western tip of Sardinia on the Island of San Pietro directly on the harbor promenade and a stonethrow away from the charming center of the picturesque town of Carloforte.

Carloforte offers all main services, like supermarkets, a variety of shops, good restaurants, bars and narrow streets and a promenade to ramble around.

We recomend to try the local cuisine - a successful mix of different Mediterranean dishes with Pesto, tunafish and couscous.

The Island San Pietro is plied with ferryboats from Portoscuso or Calasetta and the crossing takes about 30-40 minutes.

In summer we recommend to book in time if you want to arrive by car.

The coast stretch of San Pietro benefits from stupendous beaches of very white sand alternating with marvellous inlets with coves and very high rocks, perpendicular to the sea.

Certainly, the least spoiled and most beautiful part of the coast is the western side, where the lighthouse of Capo Sandalo, Italy's furthest west lighthouse, is located.

The Hotel Riviera features delightfully furnished rooms and suites decorated in a contemporary Mediterranean style offering the following categories: Classic and Superior rooms, Deluxe Mare rooms, Junior Suites and Suite.

All rooms and suites are spacious (between 25 and 40 sqm) and offer maximum comfort and privacy, most with a balcony or terrace with stunning views of the harbour and the blue sea.
 

Classic & Superior rooms

These rooms are equipped with a matrimonial bed or two twin beds.

Some have the possibility of a 3rd bed on a bed settee.

The Superior rooms offer partial sea-views and a small balcony.
 

Deluxe Mare

This room are similar to the Superior rooms, but more spacious and with furnished balcony.

All have sea and harbour view and the possibility of 3rd and 4th bed.


Junior Suites & Suites

These accommodations have a spacious living area with comfortable lounge within the large bedroom equipped with a matrimonial bed (sometimes decorated with bed canopy)

Bathroom with shower and sometimes with jakuzzi bath.

The terraces are furnished with sun loungers and tables and offer sea-view.

3rd and 4th bed available on request.
