The location

The Hotel Spartivento with sea-views is located near Chia in the south of Sardinia, about 2,000 metres from the beautiful dune beaches.

In Chia there are various supermarkets, bars and restaurants and fruit and vegetable stalls from local suppliers.

Pula, a pleasant small town by the sea, offers a lively pedestrianised area with boutiques and shops, ice cream parlours and much more in the summer months.

The airport and harbour of the island's capital, Cagliari, are around 55 km away.

The hotel

The Hotel Spartivento is surrounded by a well-kept park with colourful Mediterranean bushes and trees.

The hotel is situated in a slightly hilly position and therefore offers a beautiful and wide sea view.

Facing the sea, there is a curved pool surrounded by a lawn; sun loungers are available to guests here (while stocks last), and the tall trees provide shade if it does get too hot.

Behind the pool is the main building with reception, bar and hotel restaurant; in summer, of course, meals are also served outside.

There is also a tennis court with lighting (reservation on request and with additional payment).

The rooms

Separate from the restaurant and reception are the one-storey buildings in which the 27 rooms are located.

Each room is elegantly furnished and offers a private bathroom with shower and an outdoor seating area.

The rooms are either orientated towards the sea or - at the rear - towards the hilly landscape.

Guests can choose between standard rooms and larger comfort rooms, with some rooms facing the sea and others offering views of the surrounding hilly landscape.

Some rooms have a sofa bed, making them suitable for families of up to 4 people.
