The Lanthia Resort is located on the east coast in the small coastal town of Santa Maria Navarrese, about 30 km from the larger holiday resort of Tortoli - Arbatax.

Especially in the summer months, Santa Maria Navarrese with its promenade and sandy beach becomes a popular holiday destination in the province of Ogliastra, which attracts visitors with its partly unspoilt nature and interesting rock formations.

In Santa Maria Navarrese there are of course bars and restaurants as well as some shopping facilities.

Classic
These rooms are about 20 square metres in size and are located on the first floor. They have a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

Deluxe with veranda
These rooms on the ground floor are approx. 25 square metres in size and have a veranda of approx. 10 square metres, a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
A cot or a bed for children up to 10 years can be added.

Executive with veranda
These rooms on the 1st floor are approx. 28 square metres in size and have a balcony of approx. 10 square metres, a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
A cot or a bed for children up to 10 years old can be added.

Executive Superior
These rooms are approx. 30 square metres in size, have a veranda with garden view, a double bed and a bathroom with whirlpool.
It is possible to add a cot.

Junior Suite
These suites on the ground floor are approx. 40 square metres and have a patio of approx. 10 square metres, a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
A cot or a bed for children up to 10 years can be added.

Suite with balcony
These suites are approx. 50 square metres and have a 6 square metre balcony, a double bed, bathroom with whirlpool and a separate living room with sofa bed for 2 people
