The residence
The apartments are part of a newly built residential complex in Orosei. All apartments are air conditioned and furnished in typical Sardinian styleand are or on the ground floor or on the first floor and have a separate entrance with a covered and equipped balcony or terrace.
The swimming pool of the Hotel Maria Rosaria (about 200 meters away) can be used free of charge by the guests of the residence.
