The apartments, all individually furnished, are located about 300 m from the sea and about 1,000 m from Foxi Manna Beach.
Just a few minutes' walk away there is a bar-restaurant and a tennis/volleyball court, a few minutes' drive away you will find supermarkets, other bars, pizzerias and restaurants.
The Ogliastra, with its long sandy beaches, is a relatively unknown tourist area in Sardinia, full of charm and unspoilt nature.
The flats
The recently built residence has several terraced houses that share the communal pool.
Each accommodation has its own outdoor area, a small unfenced garden and a covered veranda with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The Cactus, Azzurra, Hedera and Corallo accommodations are all individually decorated.
The three-room apartments are on one floor and have: 1 living room with dining area, kitchenette and sofa bed for one person, 2 bedrooms (2 double rooms or 1 double room and 1 twin room) and 1 complete bathroom with shower, house Corallo with 2 complete bathroom with shower
The common swimming pool with solarium is open from May 20th to October 15th open and is just a few steps away from the houses.
